The JBG Endura 101 challenge offers a diverse range of events, including both virtual and physical experiences. Participants can choose from a variety of options tailored to their preferences, ensuring accessibility and engagement for all fitness enthusiasts.

Virtual events do not require you to complete your fitness activity at a fixed pre-announced location for the event. You are free to choose any location which is convenient for you to take part in these events, and submit activity data online. This is unlike physical events which require you to be at a definite location at a specified date and time to take part.

JBG Endura 101 app will have virtual fitness challenges in which you will be required to either run or walk. Also, the app will cater to all your training and Nutrition needs in a virtual way.

Below are some easy steps that you need to follow after downloading the JBG Endura 101 app:

  1. After downloading the JBG Endura 101 app, register yourself with the required details and choose your desired activity – run or walk.
  2. Upon reaching the payment gateway, choose your method of payment and complete the registration process.
  3. For supported apps, download Strava for tracking your activity data. If you don’t have Strava downloaded, you can also upload your data manually.
  4. Connect STRAVA with JBG Endura 101 by clicking on the ‘Settings’ option in the side-bar and move on to ‘Connected Apps’. Proceed with the necessary authorization and connect.
  5. After the third-party app has been connected, record your activity data which will automatically reflect in the ‘Activity’ section either through auto-sync or manual syncing of data.
  6. In manual syncing, you can add the activity data by pressing on the '+' icon on the bottom of the screen and feed in your activity data.
  7. Do your desired activity be it run or walk on the given day ONLY as it is a 1 day event with no extra days given.
  8. Check if your activity is showing up on your homepage.
  9. Then lastly, proceed to the Leaderboard for your respective positions.

You may use STRAVA mobile fitness app which has following details of your activity available as publicly visible data which rest of the participants should also be able to see (it should not be a private activity):

  • activity distance
  • activity pace
  • activity km or mile splits
  • activity map

Also, your Strava app should be able to share all the above info as a public activity link or URL which anyone can click to open and view those details.

To submit your run or ride activity data, please follow the following steps:

A. Using the JBG Endura 101 mobile app

  1. Download and install mobile app from the Google Play Store.
  2. Login to the app using your login credentials.
  3. Click on the big + icon on the bottom section of the app to submit your activity details.

B. Setup automatic Strava import

If you have your fitness data on Strava, you can easily connect your Strava account to your JBG Endura101 account. Data for any runs or rides after you connect your Strava account will be imported automatically to your JBG Endura101 account (subject to some conditions).

Our events require you to submit your activity data using supported mobile apps or using activity data recorded by a GPS watch.

To find out if a specific event allows participation without activity data proof, please visit the respective event page. For events where this is allowed, we still have limits on how much maximum distance participants can submit without activity proof, usually the allowed distance in such cases is very low.

Any submitted data without activity proof in the form of a valid activity link from mobile app or GPS watch will NOT be considered towards the public leaderboard. It will however show in your personal run logs and dashboard, and you will be considered an official event finisher based on meeting the specific finisher requirements for the respective event.
